What started as a class project in Hawaii became a delicious adventure that brought our family closer and introduced the world to the chunkiest cookies ever. For each cookie that we baked, we seem to understand that it was not just a process of creating a perfect cookie dough formula; it involved a process of creating small moments of happiness to take out to people. From the small kitchen in Laie to our establishment in Salt Lake City it has been a journey full of love, joy, and lots of cookie dough. And this is only the beginning—who knows where Chunky & Co. will pop up next!
